Board of Directors

The Board has been appointed to ensure a highly experienced and complementary
skill set exists to support and guide the operations of the Company, as it expands its
global operations. The Board comprises:

Dr Roger SextonDr Roger Sexton – Chairman

B. Ec (Hons), MEc, PhD (Econ), FAICD,
FAIM, FFin, CPMgr, CUniv

Dr Roger Sexton is the founder and Executive Chairman of Beston Pacific Asset Management Pty Ltd ACN 105 793 208. Roger is a graduate in economics and commerce, with Doctorate and Masters Degrees from North Carolina University in the USA and an Honours Degree (First Class) in Economics from the Flinders University of South Australia.

Roger spent ten years in various senior management positions with Commonwealth and State Governments and in 1985, he joined international merchant bank, Morgan Grenfell (now Deutsche Morgan Grenfell). In March 1994, he was appointed by the South Australian Government as Chairman of the Asset Management Task Force to manage the Government's privatisation program, involving the sale of over $2.0 billion of public sector assets and businesses.

Dr Sexton has served as the Chief Executive and Member of the South Australian Economic Development Board, and as the Chairman of the Venture Capital Board in South Australia. He is the founder of the publicly listed entity, Beston Wine Industry Trust. Roger has held positions on the boards of a number of public and private companies and organisations in Australia and overseas, including as Chairman of the Motor Accident Commission, Deputy Chairman of IOOF Holdings Limited, and Deputy Chairman of Korvest Limited.

Mr Guoqiang (Jack) HuangMr Guoqiang (Jack) Huang – Managing Director


Mr Huang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zhejiang Don Dragon since the Company was formed in 1999. He has extensive experience in the knitting, textile and garments ornament industry. He was previously the Merchandising Manager of Zhejiang Yongtong Weaving and Dyeing Group, and a Corporate Representative of Shaoxing County Huayua Import & Export Corporation. Currently, he is also Chairman of Zhejiang Don Dragon Import & Export Limited and a director of Shaoxing Guangsha Knitting Textile & Garments Ornament Limited, and Shaoxing Don Dragon Knitting Textile & Garments Ornament Limited.

Mr Geoff WildMr Geoff Wild (AM) – Non-Executive Director


Mr Wild is Chairman of WPP Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd and its related entities. He is also Chairman of ComOps Limited and a non-executive director of Arab Bank Australia Limited and IBIS World Pty Ltd. He is also a Director of the PGA (Professional Golf Association). Mr Wild was formerly a Director of TAB Limited and the OPSM Group. He was a Vice President and Director of the Sydney Olympic Bid Company Limited and Chairman of the NSW Tourism Commission. He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in the Queens Birthday Honours list in 2000.

Ms Julia Yan ZhuMs Julia Yan Zhu – Non-Executive Director'

Ms Zhu is a Senior Business Manager with Minter Ellison. She graduated with a Bachelor and a Master of Arts (English) from Shanghai Fudan University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland. Ms Zhu has more than 14 years experience working in Australian government agencies including the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) and Invest Australia as Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Minter Ellison, she was the Senior Investment Director of Invest Australia. Ms Zhu has extensive experience in promoting and facilitating two-way investment between China and Australia in resources, financial services and advanced manufacturing. Ms Zhu is familiar with the business cultures of both China and Australia.

Mr Wei HuangMr Wei Huang – Non-Executive Director


Mr Wei Huang graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is a member of CPA Australia. Mr Huang has experience in financial control, new business start ups and development within the textile, retail, financial services, construction and mining sectors in Australia and internationally. Mr Huang is unrelated to Mr Guoqiang (Jack) Huang, the Managing Director.

Mr Fai-Peng ChenMr Fai-Peng Chen – Company Secretary

LLB (University of Adelaide), MBA (RMIT), FTIA

Mr Chen is a commercial lawyer and company director. He graduated with a LL.B from the University of Adelaide and an MBA (International Management) from RMIT University, Melbourne. Mr Chen is also a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and director of ASX listed companies TWT Group Ltd. and Mesbon China Nylon Ltd.
